PESHAWAR: A delegation from the US Consulate Peshawar held a meeting with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Oil and Gas Company Limited (KPOGCL) CEO Nasir Khan and senior officials to explore potential investment opportunities in the province’s oil and gas sector.
The talks underscored the province’s untapped oil reserves as a vital avenue for driving economic growth and ensuring long-term stability in the region, according to a press release issued on Monday.
Both sides agreed that enhanced collaboration in the sector could not only boost Pakistan’s energy security but also strengthen economic ties between Pakistan and the United States, advancing shared goals of development and prosperity.
